Payment & Shipping Policy
Within the contiguous United States, we offer 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground shipping. Ground shipping usually takes between 4-7 business days for delivery within the continental US (depending on your location). For shipments outside the continental USA shipping times will take longer. When calculating your delivery date, only include business days in your calculation (Monday through Friday). Carriers do not count weekends (or certain holidays) as days in transit.
For Alaska and Hawaii, we offer standard shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping to these locations. We do not ship outside North America at this time. We also can not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier limitations.
Shipping Costs: Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to the price of the products ordered.
As soon as we process your order we will send you an email. A second e-mail will be sent when your order has shipped; it will include a tracking number if one is available. Most domestic items are shipped via UPS.
At Quality Two-Way Radios we make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours if received before 3:00 pm EST (Monday through Thursday). Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST Thursday will usually ship the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends will usually ship the following Tuesday. Please add an additional 24 hours for processing when radio programming is requested.
If your item is back-ordered we will send you an e-mail with the estimated shipping date. If you decide not to wait you may choose a different product, or cancel your order.
We accept payment by most major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card). You must make payment in full (including purchase price, applicable shipping costs, and taxes) prior to your order shipping unless your account has been specifically approved for other terms. Quality Two-Way Radios shall retain a security interest and right of possession in the products until you make full payment.
Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders with prior approval. Please see our Purchase Order information if you are interested in establishing an account with us.
Occasionally our screening system may alert us to potential fraud situations. In these cases, we may request a copy of your photo identification along with a copy of your credit card. This is for your protection.

Taxes: Purchase prices do not include tax (federal, state, or local taxes), all applicable taxes shall be paid by you except as exempt by law. Items sold and shipped to customers in the state of California are subject to California State sales tax.
